Ariel Lovely

Allow me to briefly introduce myself and my business, my name is Ariel Lovely and I own Of The Sea Witchery. Of The Sea Witchery specializes in creating art and experiences that harness the natural beauty and transformative power of ocean elements, offering a unique pathway for spiritual growth and healing through creativity and connection to the sea.

As a passionate and dedicated member of our community, I am honored to apply for the position of Director of Events for the Heart of Centerville Washington Township (HOCWT). Over the past year, I have had the pleasure of serving as a logistics coordinator, consistently being the first on the field and the last to leave, ensuring every detail is handled with care. This hands-on experience has strengthened my commitment to service and community engagement. I pride myself on transparent communication and believe in fostering an organized, seamless experience for all vendors, with special attention to smooth load-in and load-out processes. My goal is to create events that are both enjoyable and efficiently managed, reflecting the highest standards of professionalism and community spirit.

Previous experience includes volunteering as a day of event coordinator for other non-profit organizations, including CPEP, an after-school STEM program in Connecticut. Assisting with setting up venues, coordinating volunteer teams, and ensuring that all activities ran on schedule. My experience with CPEP allowed me to further develop my organizational skills and adaptability, while providing hands-on support to ensure a successful and memorable event for all participants.

I admire what the HOCWT brings to the community through connection and events. I have observed areas in which there can be improvement and, as we grow as an organization, we must also adapt and evolve our processes to better serve everyone. The last two years I have spent volunteering with the Heart have been deeply rewarding, and I hope to continue my service to our members and the broader community as the Director of Events, bringing fresh ideas and dedication to every gathering.
