LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Your access key is the last 6 digits of your social security number and the first three letters of your last name. The capitalization of the 3 letters does not matter. Make sure there are no empty spaces.
2. For example, if your SSN is 123-45-6789 and your last name is Martinez, your access key would be 456789mar.
3. Your password is UFCW
4. If you have issues with your ballot, there will be a station inside the JBS training rooms where members can get assistance to vote electronically, from 6-7am and 11am-6pm on both May 19 and May 20.
